Terms and Conditions
1- General booking conditions:
A room/studio is considered booked ONLY after receiving our official booking confirmation.
When a client books a room he/she implicitly accepts our Cancellation Policy and states that he/she read and understood the description of the room and considers it is suitable for his/her needs.
The booking procedure requires that we receive a copy of the receipt of the deposit payment to the owner. The remaining balance must be paid before arrival. Our guests must bring the reservation voucher (sent by our staff by e-mail or fax when the reservation has been confirmed).
Standard booking procedure:
A) Verify the availability filling in the online request form or simply send us an e-mail;
B) Filled in the booking-form online.
C) Once the owner received the booking form, the room/studio is temporarily blocked. If we do not receive the deposit payment within 5 days, we do not furthermore guarantee the room/studio availability.
D) The room/studio is considered booked only once the owner sends the booking confirmation.
2 - Check-in/check-out times
· Check in time and check out time outside business hours 9.30 a.m. -8.00 p.m. are only on request.
3 - Cancellation policy:
a) If the client cancels
Cancellations made beyond 7 days will qualify for a full refund. In case of cancellation with less than 7 days notice before the arrival the client will have to pay the full amount of the booked stay. The deposit is, in case of cancellation, non refundable.
b) if the owner cancels:
In the rare occasions in which unforeseen circumstances force the owner to cancel the room/studio reservation, the client can choose to book another room/studio with similar characteristics among our wide range of offers.
In case that the alternative options do not fit the client’s needs, we will refund the total deposit amount and the owner/agent will have no further liability.
However, in the case of one of the above described events, we commit ourselves in providing a room/studio with the same or higher characteristics of the originally booked room/studio.
4 - Conditions:
For some room/studio a security deposit against damages is required.
The keys will be collected by the client at the reception-desk (representative) during check-in and must be returned to the representative during check out.
